New Zealand Nationals is a series of the premier Fitness competitions here in New Zealand, uniting fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, and the wider fitness communities. These events are not just a showcase of athleticism but more importantly, an experience for all involved.

Team Nationals
In 2025, the New Zealand Fitness Festival, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 25-26th October. The Team Nationals will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of competition.

Individual Finals
In 2025 the Individual and pairs competitions comprise of two stages. First, individuals and pairs will compete online (1-31 August). At the end of the online competition those who hold qualifying spots will be invited to the finals competition (stage 2). The finals competition will take place over the 29-30th November at the Cloud, on the Auckland Viaduct.
